Enterprise Saskatchewan

Regulatory Environment

The Competitiveness and Strategy Division has two major functions. The first is to lead the government's regulatory reform initiative, which includes fulfilling the government's commitment to reduce the number of regulations.

The second function is to address business irritants and red tape issues for small and medium-sized businesses. To accomplish this objective, the division works with individual businesses and their associations. Business people who have questions or wish to provide input into the process are invited to contact Enterprise Saskatchewan.

The Competitiveness and Strategy Division of Enterprise Saskatchewan examines the province's business climate with a view to identifying competitive advantages and disadvantages, particularly relative to other jurisdictions.
