Benchmarking Your Performance: A Program for Saskatchewan Manufacturers and Processors

Operational processes can make the difference between a successful company and the competition. The Business Development Bank of Canada's team of business consultants can help organizations review and optimize operational processes to help their business thrive.

Program Description

Option 1: Free benchmarking report

A detailed analysis will be conducted on two years of financial statements. The results will be compared to the specific industry in which the company operates, and areas for improvement will be identified. This options is available at no charge for any manufacturing and processing company.

Option 2: Personalized consulting

Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) consultants will:

  • Observe your company's operations;
  • Discuss with management and, when necessary, key employees;
  • Utilize the company's last two years of financial statements to:
    • analyze operations, production, productivity and training; and
    • prepare an implementation plan and a plan of action.

Program Cost - Option 2

60% of the cost is subsidized through the Western Economic Partnership Agreement (WEPA)

$12,500 - Total program cost
  - 7,500 - Less 60% subsidization
$  5,000 - Client cost
(and pro-rated travel expenses)
